Shipping Policy

We know how keen you’ll be to get your new luxurious product from Pura Vida, so we offer Standard and Free Standard depending on order value. 

Orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel standard service.

Standard Domestic Delivery Fee is $15 incl. GST (FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $200).

International Shipping is $25 (FREE shipping if orders are over $300).

You may opt for FREE local delivery if you are in the Port Macquarie-Hastings area.

Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. 

Orders will be dispatched the next business day or as soon as stocks are available.

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding National and NSW public holidays.

 

Shipping can be disrupted due to COVID, so please be patient. You may track your orders as order tracking information will be emailed to your nominated email address and once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order using the tracking number provided.
